Deluxe Camp has been serving anglers and the more adventurous holidaymakers for over 50 years.Over that time, there have only been four owners. It's an example of the old-school, family owned fishing/holiday camp. Run by the owners like a large, extended family. Treat the guests as if they are family. Jay and Linda are the most recent owners, and they carry on the "family" tradition. Both Jay and Linda are proper northerners. Jay's from Sudbury and Linda from Kapuskasing. Jay's mining background taught him the value of hard work, and his later years working in the high-tech industry ensures that he and the camp are up to date. Linda believes that for a camp to be of value to guests, there must be order and cleanliness. She makes sure the guests are never disappointed. Jay and Linda could have done something different, however, as Jay's passion is fishing and neither of them felt it was the time to put up their feet, they purchased Deluxe Camp. Their goal is to have safe, clean and comfortable place to vacation and keep it affordable. They chose this lifestyle, all they want to do, is help others to have the time of their lives. Your fishing cabin at Deluxe Camp is located deep into Northwest Bay of Lake Nipissing. You're protected from the prevailing winds, which means that most days you can get out on the ... morewater. From your dock you can access many great fishing holes in no time at all. You can quickly get to famous fishing spots like Cache Bay, West Bay and The West Arm. We can help you find and try out many of the local "secret" spots in between. And you don't even have to get onto the water, many fish are caught right off our dock.
Lake Nipissing offers some of the most thrilling fishing experiences from spring to fall, for a wide variety of species including:
Walleye, Muskie, Bass, Pike, Perch, Sheepshead, Catfish and White Bass
You can bring your own boat and use our ramp or rent a boat by the day or the week. You can rent a 16 ft. boat with an outboard up to 25hp or one of our 90hp pontoon boats. Our gas bar also offers gasoline mixed or regular for boat motors.
For the ultimate fishing experience, you can hire an experienced guide, through our office, for a reasonable rate.

- No Charge for Docking, Paddles boats and Canoes (Only for Guests)
Fishing Boats: You can reach dozens of great fishing spots in one of our 16-foot aluminium fishing boats. These are stable, deep-sided boats, equipped with a 25hp outboard motor. All ... moreboats are outfitted with the required Coast Guard safety equipment and life jackets.
Pontoon Boats:
If you want to fish or simply cruise in comfort, we have two pontoon boats that will give you lots of legroom and a flat solid floor to walk on. Each pontoon boat has a 90hp outboard, livewell, radio, rod holders, gps and fishfinder and the required Coast Guard safety equipment and life jackets.
The provincial government requires all persons driving a boat to have a Boaters Card. If you don't have one, we can supply you with a proof of competency for any of our rental boats. We can only rent to ages nineteen and above.
Bring Your Own Boat:
If you want to bring your own boat, we have a boat ramp located on-site with plenty of storage for your boat trailer and gas available for your boat as well
