Description

Your cottage will be ready at 2:00pm but guests are welcome any time on the day of check-in. Checkout is at 11:00am.

Our normal check-in day is Saturday for all lengths of stay, however where possible we are always willing to accommodate a guest’s specific needs.

Chaudière Lodge is responsible for supplying equipment that is in good running order. In turn we ask that guests respect and return it in the same condition. A typical waver is required to be signed any time one of our rentals is used.

Accommodation in a waterfront cottage completely equipped with Hudson Bay blankets, linens and towels

The package include our standard Cedar-Strip boat package, 3 meals per day in our lodge dining room, full use of lodge facilities including free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping service, daily ice delivery, use of laundry facilities, and pick-up and drop-off between the Dokis Marina and Chaudière Lodge. Dinner is included on the day of arrival and breakfast on the day of departure.

Terms
  • All listed rates are per person, and are based on a minimum occupancy of 2 adults
  • Children 12 and under are half price of adult rate
  • No chagre for children 5 and under
  • Listed rates do not include applicable taxes (in Ontario our sales tax is 13%) or gratuities.
  • Guest are welcome to bring their own boats, but gasoline is not included.
  • Chaudière does have gasoline available at our dock.
  • We are not licensed to sell alcohol, however guests are welcome to bring their own – we don’t charge any corkage fees!
  • To confirm your reservation, a minimum deposit of $200 per adult is required at the time of booking
  • which may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Cash or Personal Cheque
  • May 16 – June 1 & Sept. 2 until close: 15% Discount.
  • Bring your own boat: 15% Discount.

Cancellation Policy
Standard Policy
  • Cancellations made 30 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
  • Cancellations made 15 days before will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.
