It is a"suitcase" model with a see through front compartment and opens to reveal a back compartment. Comes with all original adjustable dividers creating up to 50 lure or tackle storage slots. But the fact that it is made of wood, cloth covered, with the style of hardware it has tells the era. It has old English initials on the front, high impact handle with brass posts, and very old style corner protectors. I have cleaned the outside with 409, there are still a few marks and scuffs but then if you bought a brand new one in short order it would be marked up! and no tax on this good boy!
