  • A deposit in the amount of $400.00 per week per cottage is required to confirm reservations. Please make cheque payable to Cosy Cove Cottages.
  • A $250.00 re-booking fee applies to all cancellations, which must be made within 60 days of the start of your vacation, otherwise deposit is forfeited.
  • There is a charge for daily and overnight stays.
  • There is No Charge for Children under 1 year.

Cancellation Policy
Standard Policy
  • Cancellations made 30 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
  • Cancellations made 15 days before will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.
