21.5" Largemouth Bass Fish Taxidermy Real Skin Driftwood Mount-9lb. Missouri
Here`s a largemouth bass my ex caught in a private lake back around 2004 or so. I think it weighed 9lbs. give or take a few ounces. He had several from 8-10 lbs. This is one of a few I have left. It was done by Wildlife Creations in Fulton Mo. and cost me over $ 300.00 at the time. It measures about 21-1/2in. long with a steel tape and has about 17-3/4 inches of girth. Real Skin Largemouth Bass Mount- Around 19" Minor Damage- Great Cabin Decor! You are looking at a real skin largemouth bass mount from around 1990. The end of the tail is slightly broken. But still taped together with the tape that taxidermists use on the back of the fins(see pics) It really isn't that noticeable once it is hung. The bass is between 19" and 20" Tough to get an accurate measurement with the curvature of the mount. Comes with the driftwood and wall hanger. When this bass was caught it was a really yellow color as it is in the mount. It is not discoloration from age. It would be great for a cabin or man cave. Huge 11lb 22' Largemouth Bass Mount. 25-30 years in age. Looks good on the wall. But needs some repair. The top fin is broken up a little bit, most fins have small broken pieces or the skin has come off. The back of the fish needs quite a bit of repair, there are some cracking spots on the face and the skin is coming loose near the tail, see photos for extent of damage. Could be hung as is or restored.

This fish was caught at Lake Lochloosa in Florida on November 16th 1949. This fish is 65 years old. She is in great condition for being this old. The taxidermy and paint is awesome for a fish this old. The fish is not in perfect condition as there are a few imperfections with a couple fins. See photos. Vintage Taxidermy Real Skin Striped Bass Fish Mount Huge 37 lbs.... 40" long
You are bidding on a Vintage stuffed Striped bass. The Striper is huge. It measures right at 40" in length and 17" from the top of the fin to the bottom of the dorsal fin.The fish weighed 37 lbs when caught. I'm guessing the piece is 20 years old. Its a nice Large piece that would look great over that fireplace in your cabin or in that man cave. The mount is older and does have a few minor issues. The fins have seen better days but still look good. The body is in overall good condition showing minor cosmetic issues. Nothing major or anything that detracts from hat awesome vintage look. This fish in itself is rare simply because it weighed 37 lbs. I know stripers get huge but I have never caught one this big. To have a few this size stuffed it would cost you at least $300. Florida, from Lake Miona in December of 1986. Ideal for a wall hanger in your Mancave/bar/cabin. This belonged to a friend who caught this fish and no longer has room for it in his new mancave. Taxidermy is well done, By Dolfi in Serrento Florida and cost $8.00 per inch back in 1986, and has original slight flaws like they all do. I wiped down, as it was dusty from years of hanging. Vintage Large Mouth Bass Taxidermy. Mounted by Lett's Taxidermist in Montgomery, Alabama. I don't really know anything about this except that it is old and so more likely to be real skin mount. But please look closely at the pictures to make your own determination. It has only been vacuumed over lightly with a soft brush as it appears so delicate. I didn't want to take a chance on damaging it. Would be great for rustic man cave! It measures approx 25" long x 8" tall( at widest point of body with no fins included) Please look closely at the pictures. Please look at my other items@ momsmisctreasures. 18" Large Mouth Bass Largemouth Mount on Driftwood
Taxidermy mounted large mouth bass on driftwood. Beautifully mounted. Bass is approximately 18" long and 6" from belly to top of dorsel fin. Hook on driftwood for hanging. Will arrive in a wooden box with instructions for safe removal. Will post a pic of this soon. Gently displayed, very good condition. Most items I'm listing are gently used. Vintage 22+ inch Large Mouth Bass Skin Mount Taxidermy Classic Man Cave Bar Fish
Caught in the 80's from local Alabama lake. 22+ inches, was over 8lbs, mounted and hung on the wall for years. At this point I don't have a place and I hope someone else does. It has signs of moving and age, some squirrels got in a knocked it off the screw once, still a great wall piece. Seeing these go for 100+$ a must list! Largemouth bass mount live skin 22" 8.0 lb James River caught in the main river
Here is a nice main river caught 22" 8.0 lb live skin mounted citation Va. largemouth bass. Caught near the Annabell lee area of the James river. My father was working pilings that run perpendicular to the shore; the technique used to fool this citation is you position your boat at the end of the pilings; throw your bait near shore and retrieve the bait; this particular time he used a Rebel deep running wee-r: through the pilings occasionally striking a piling or two on the retrieve back. As the bait strikes the wood it glances off in an erratic fashion and suspends for a brief moment. That's when this trophy struck and the fight was on.fish lost. It's very effective and these main channel river bass put up a heck of a fight; they are strong. I picked up 3 Taxidermy Fish Mounts at an estate sale with this one being a 16 inch Largemouth Bass. It is mounted on a piece of wood. It has been in a dusty storage area and will need to be cleaned up some. Also has a little bit of broken edges on top fin. I am listing this dirt cheap. Early vintage Largemouth Bass fish taxidermy wood plaque head mount, fishing
Nice looking example of early taxidermy. Quality large mouth bass head and gill mount. It is old and will have some imperfections. But is overall nice and very collectible. For size reference the wood mount is 9" x 7 1/2" Please use the added pictures for the best condition and description. The last picture is of a very cool Northern Pike mount I also have listed.
