If you want to experience the thrill of big game hunting in the Canadian woods where you’ll never see another person — Uchi Lake is for you. Most of our moose are larger than average because the remote Uchi Lake area receives no pressure from other hunters. Many of the moose that roam here have never set eyes on a human being before. And because our guides live on the lake for the better part of the summer,they know right where the big animals are.
During our 2007 hunt we saw 22 moose in the first three days of the hunt. Our 2007 success rate was 100%.
We offer an exclusive hunt with only four to six hunters in total. These hunters will enjoy the opportunity to take 2 bulls, one cow and/or three calves. You will be the only hunters in the entire area.
Everything you need is provided:
- Warm, comfortable cabins right on the lake.
- Flights for you and your animals out of camp.
- Professional guide service.
- Boats, motors, and all gasoline.
- Three meals a day.
- Preparation and quartering of your animal.
