There are numerous miles of sheltered waterways in the West Arm of Lake Nipissing and the wide open waters of Lake Nipissing. The area offers good fishing for Northern Pike, Muskellunge, Pickerel (walleye), Bass and all sorts of panfish.

Guests are fully responsible for all damages including boats and motors.
Deposits are due within 10 days of reservation.
Deposits are refundable 60 days notice prior to arrival date less $100 administration fee.
All rates are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Policy

Cancellations made 30 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
Cancellations made 15 days before will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.
