There may be a missing screw or wing nut in a couple places-look at pictures for every detail. Easily fixed at a home improvement store at minimal cost- a few bucks at most because they are stainless steel screws. The mount needs a cleaning-a little over spray of spray paint on the surface. And dirt in holes of the mount. A bit of elbow grease and 20 min. will square this away. A truly compact& lightweight CANNON Downrigger unit for the minimalist, this extra lightweight beauty still has a hundred yards or so of SS woven cable on the 1 1/2" width spool, plus a geared"line counter" on the right edge above the ambidextrous handle stud. The other handle stud is on the left side with black cap. And the black resin rod holder is affixed to the back end too. Roller head ... morehas the terminal tackle& clip as well, so this beauty is about ready-to-go but for a handle it seems!See Photos) Unfortunately, there was NO handle with this diminutive"PAC-A-RIGGER when we purchased it, and the family could not locate it.
