PENN cover for the swivel-matic bases. This cover is slightly used but in great condition as you can see on the picture. This cover is not only for looks. It also acts as a spacer. If your swivel base is missing this cover- the standard mounting bolts(that are used to attach mounting plate) will extend and bite into Teflon ring damaging the drag system of the swivel base. Up for sale. A used pair of two Penn ASM 622 swivel bases. These are the superior 36 point, 360 degree bases! Units include base plate mounting screws. And some hardware for mounting to the boat. You can expect to provide at least some nuts + washers of your own for that part. Units appear to work as intended. Swivel smoothly and lock in place when desired. I don't know exactly what happened. But there is missing plastic in the centers of both on their undersides. This is how I received them and how they have been used.
