This is used and in good condition as you see in the pictures but does have some small scuf/scratches from use. This has a fiberglass 20 1/2" boom or from the center of the reel to the tip of the boom is about 21 1/2" On the side of the downrigger as you see in pictures 4. There is a reel lock to hold the reel from turning. On the other side is the tension drag nut(center of the reel)for lowering speed and tension drag in case you snag something. This does work and is in good condition as you can see in the pictures and would be good to have for your fishin trolling seasons. Buyer pays the shipping.U.S.P.S. US only. No International. Very good condition and works excellent. I am unemployed so selling some items off. The counter is set negative 2 feet as when mounted on my boat it is 2 feet to waterline(I am a bit of a perfectionist) You can take one screw off and zero counter or adjust to your boat. I see this model is going on Ebay for upwards of $100 recently. I'll start the bid at $50 and charge actual UPS shipping. Hopefully some one will get a deal.
