Dowswell Lake Outpost

Description

Dowswell Lake Outpost is a five-sided structure built with pine logs harvested from the nearby woods. The front wall is composed of floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a stunning view of the forest and lake. The cabin sleeps four to eight guests in the four bedrooms.

Dowswell Lake is 3 miles long and totally uninhabited, so you and your friends will truly be "lords of the wilderness." Along with the main lake, there’s a network of three secluded lakes for your private use. Dowswell Lake itself harbors the highly-prized lake trout, as well as northern pike and smallmouth bass.

Our fishery is mainly walley, smallmouth bass and northern pike but we do have lakes that offer lake trout and musky fishing.
