Our Housekeeping cottages are modern, yet rustic, adding to the charm of the beautiful setting for the lodge. Some of our cottages are ideal for couples, and some ideal for larger groups; all have decks and lovely lake views. We offer Family Fishing Packages and Fisherman’s Packages, which make your vacation planning simple and affordable.
We have plenty of activities for the entire family to enjoy here at Rainbow Point Lodge, and many on and off site amenities. Our recreation room is a super place to pass the time on a rainy day or for evening fun; enjoy a game of pool or shuffleboard and more. Outdoors, enjoy a game of horseshoes, bag toss, or rings. Challenge someone to a game of beach volleyball, or take a hike to Perrault Falls. There is also a sand beach, with dock slide and play area for the kids.

Over 50 miles of shoreline, fabulous structure and plenty of bays and islands, combine to make Perrault Lake one of the premier fishing lakes in Northern Ontario Sunset Country. Whether you want to fish for Smallmouth Bass, Pike or Perch within site of our Lodge docks, or venture farther into the lake to a favorite walleye or muskie hot spot, there are plenty of great fishing holes to check out. For a change of scenery, you can navigate miles of the Ord River, with direct access to several smaller lakes, or travel a wide channel directly into neighboring Cedar Lake. Perrault Lake and its tributaries will produce consistently good fishing for a great variety of species throughout the Ontario fishing season.
We have a very healthy population of species in all age classes, and the possibility of catching a trophy fish while at the lodge is very real. Our FISHING PHOTO GALLERY shows some of our guests’ catches, both trophy fish and regular catches from Perrault Lake. We continue to encourage our guests to practice catch and release techniques with these larger reproductive fish, ensuring this fabulous fishery remains for generations to come. You will ... morenotice immediately, the pride we take in the cleanliness & maintenance of all of our cottages and grounds. This is your vacation, and we want to make it perfect & comfortable in every way. Each lakefront cottage has a fantastic lake view, and easy access to docks and all facilities at the Lodge. The grounds have gradual grades throughout the property, so no cliffs to climb or stairs to worry about.
The lakefront cottages at Rainbow Point Lodge vary in size to accommodate from 2 to 12 people comfortably, with 1 to 3 bedroom sizes. Refer to our CAMP LAYOUT for details on sleeping arrangements. You’ll find the beds very comfortable, and all linens & blankets are supplied. Each cottage has a 3-piece bath & electric heat. Kitchens are equipped with a full size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and a charcoal grill outside. In addition to the big items you would expect, the cottages are very well stocked with everything you need in the way of dishes, pots, etc. You just bring along your food & towels, and you should be set.
Cottages vary in size - choose the size of cottage you would like. Once a group reaches the minimum occupancy shown, extra persons are charged at the reduced rate.

This includes accommodations, all of your meals, a boat and motor, gas, bait, landing net, fish finder, maps, fish cleaning facilities, etc. We also have spots available for RVs.
We have a fully licensed restaurant with a games room. Join us on Friday nights for all you can eat fish and chips and Saturday nights for Wing night from 5pm to 8pm. Breakfast is available every morning from 8am-10am and Sundays until 11am.
Our lodge offers a relaxing place to read a book, watch some tv on our big screen or to enjoy a beverage from our licensed bar.
