All rates are based on 4 people per 2 Bedroom Cottage and 6 people per 3 Bedroom cottage. Day guests of Cottagers must register asap and pay a $5.00 charge per person per day. Guests must leave by 10:00 pm or will be considered an overnight guest and a $45.00 over night fee will be automatically charged to the Cottage that they visited. Pets are allowed on a Charge. Must be tied up at all times and barking kept to a minimum. Guests receive orientation upon arrival. Any guests not complying with the rules, regulations or causing damage to the property of West Bay Cottages will require fair and equal reimbursement, which is due and payable prior to departure.
For 1 and 2 nights stay we will require a deposit of 1 night.
If written cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, you may move your reservation to another available date or simply be refunded of your deposit. A cancellation less then 30 day prior will result in being charged the full amount of your reservation. (No exceptions).

We have also added a pontoon boat for lager groups that want to stay together, When you bring your catch in, clean it in our modern fish cleaning hut, to preserve your fillets until you’re ready to go home, ask us about our free freezer service.

Our weeks are Saturdays to Saturdays. Therefore, we can accommodate your stay from Saturday, July 28th to Saturday, Aug 2nd or from Saturday Aug 2nd to Sat Aug 9th.
We have had a lot of requests for stays midweek through the long weekend so we will take bookings as available but will unfortunately not be able to discount midweek stays.
