Abel Big Game#3 Anti-Reverse Fly Reel. With extra Spool. Both are minty with no dings, scratches, rub rash or other visable flaws. On one spool is a Cortland 444SL WF10F Salt Water line, and on the other spool an Orvis WF12I Salt Water line. The reel does have my name engraved upon it(can be blacked out with a sharpie) In excellent working condition. Anti-Reverse reels are great if you need to use your fingers. A Columbia Picture The Greatest Year of the Golden Age of Hollywood This 11 by 14 inch lobby card is dated 1939 in the lower right hand corner. And has been tested with an ultra violet black light. It does not glow under the UV light which dates it at before WWII. It has some border edge chipping, and various pieces of tape on the borders. Only one tape repair near the upper left hand corner, that goes further than the border edge. The rest of the tape seems to be from hanging the poster and positioning it in a frame. Migration of the Ancestors Of Robert Abel 1900's Print Massachusetts
This is actually four copies of the same family tree plus the carbon copy. This is an early 1900's family tree titled The Migration of the Ancestors of Robert Abel. These are on heavy glossy paper. They do have condition issues at an end. Some are at the top and some are at the bottom. They were all rolled together so it depended on where they were facing in the roll. I have taken a picture of all copies. Parts of it date back to 1638. It is centered around the state of Massachusetts. I am not sure of the family. This was purchased with an estate lot. They measure 17 1/4 by 22 inches. They have the coat of arms at the top for Reade. Porter, Cogswell, Seymour and Symonds families. Please email with specific questions.

NOTE: i will always combine items to save you shipping cost. THIS ITEM IS-one of so many great books i have on ebay right now. Check them all out if you wish-includes 8 items in all, book, 2 maps, 2 invations, menu, program and i think unrelated postcard. These are items from the JUBILEE D'ABLE, which occured in what was known as Christiania(renamed OSLO in 1925) Norway on September 5-7, 1902. This celebrated the 100 year anniversary of mathematician N.H. Abel's birth. There is a guidebook to Christiania, made especially for this celebration. The book has 20 pages, is clean inside, but has some separation of the endpapers on the back cover as shown. The book came with two ... morefolded maps of Christiania. The maps have some light tearing at the crossfolds and are fragile to open. i love the color in them. The book has a band where the maps fit into the back. There is also a program for the celebration that covers 9/4-9/7/1902. A menu for 9/6/1902 that has some spotting and has been folded. The menu has very cool watermarks. thre are two. Both the same i show one in the pics. Two invitations for 9/5& 9/6 are made out to the mathematition E. B. Wilson(see info below about him) Both have been folded in half and have very tiny dents on the bottom. An unused postcard from Nurnberg Germany, believed to be from 1904, was tucked in the book and is included. All except for the postcard is written in French. The Sage SP rods are among the most beloved and sought after(both by enthusiasts and collectors alike) of all of the Sage series of fly rods. This rod is in overall good condition. The cork grip and reel seat show some colorization and signs of use. The nickel silver hardware on the reel seat has some light tarnishing. Comes complete with original rod tube and sock, rod tube has some wear. The reel is in overall good condition as well. Signs of use include light marks on frame and rim. Electronica, Spoken Word, Ethnic, History-related and Children's Records and just plain UNIQUE and/or WEIRD recordings. Inside SINA- The Society for Indecency to Naked Animals(Charm CM-110) 1961 This record. And the entire SINA movement, was the brainchild of comedian Alan Abel who took a satirical article that he had written for(and had rejected by) The Saturday Evening Post and turned it into a movement that fooled millions of people who thought that this was a legitimate organization concerned with clothing naked animals. Abel enlisted the help of then-little-known comedian and writer, Buck Henry, to pose as the organization's president. They released numerous press releases and gained coverage from legitimate ... morenews organizations. To add to the bizarreness, the group also gained a large number of supporters who donated fairly large sums of money to the fake cause. The hoax continued to gain momentum and a representative from CBS News was sent to interview Buck Henry(as president G. Clifford Prout) and Abel(as the SINA vice president) for a feature to be run on Walter Cronkite's evening news. When the interview footage was sent to CBS HQ, a staffer recognized Henry and outed the hoax. Even after the curtain was pulled back and the joke was exposed, Abel carried on with his SINA silliness until an article in Time Magazine fully exposed his efforts.
