This is a used reel? I could not find even one tiny scuff on it. Really! Not a mark. Not a scratch. And it functions perfectly. It has newer mono on it, my guess is about 12lbs test. It may or may not have ever seen water but if it was actually used it was treated with kid gloves. To say it is"like-new" is absolutely true.
