It looks to be in original condition with no messed up screw heads. The plastic components are in good condition. No brittle or dry rotted parts. The spool is easy to remove with a button on the front. The area under the spool looks clean and new. Cosmetically it could use a drag nob. Crank, and the on/off anti-reverse switch is gone and the hole is glued over. The anti-reverse works. The Shakespeare Sigma 080 works. This reel uses a 7 disc drag, magnetic anti-backlash control, 7 ball bearings, and a 5:1 gear ratio. there are a few cosmetic scratches on this reel, but these are made from machined aluminum stock, so that does not affect the performance. The cast is long, the retreive is smooth and silent. This is a Nebraska reel, it has nevver seen the salt, so there is no corrosion on it.
