This collectible. Early T&T Graphite Fly Rod is in Near Mint condition. It looks like it has done a bit of lawn casting and little else. The hardware is bright and the cork is clean. It has a nickel silver ferrule which is tight and makes that lovely popping sound when you pull it apart. The T&T logo is inscribed on the female ferrule. This is a Johnson brand. Pack-in type, Fly rod and reel. This combination came from an estate sale here in western Oregon. This rod/reel is in very good condition. The rod breaks down into six short fifteen and one half inch(15 1/2) sections. Put together the rod is 6' 6" long. The reel is loaded with yellow fly line with a leader attached. It appears to be the original fly line. The reel operates freely with no sticking or dragging. This rod is probly about 20 yr. old. This rod& reel is in very good condition. It appears it was probly used once then left in the closet. There are no visable scratches or blemishes on the rod or reel. The foam handle is clean with no chips. Nicks, or cuts. This rod& reel combo has been stored in a closet in a bedroom for pretty much all its life. I did use a soft paint brush to brush off the"closet ... moredust" This rod& reel would be great to carry on pack in trips in the high country or stuck in your day pack on a long hike. You are bidding on these 2 estate found. Fly fishing rod& reel combo kits. I don't know the exact age, but they are vintage. I purchased all of the fellows fishing rods, but I don't fly fish at all. The red colored reel is a Martin# 81 Automatic Mohawk reel, that is mounted on a Martin"Tuffy" rod.The rod is around 9' long, and the recoil on the reel does work very well. The trigger on the reel needs cleaned up, it is kinda rusty looking, but works well and looks as though it will clean up. The green reel is a"Mohawk-Horrocks-Ibbotson" Co, Utica-NY#1106. It works very well, but there is no griese in the gears, and does need to be griesed. The rod is is just marked"3500 F G 7' All eyelets are in place and seems to be solid. Thanks for looking.

This is an Orvis"All-Rounder" 8' 3" 2 1/2 oz. 2 pc. fly rod. Rated 7 wt. by Orvis, at 2 1/2 oz. this is the same weight as an 8 1/2 ft. 5 wt. Henry's Fork" or an 8 ft. 6 wt. Trout" model, which often weighs in at 2 1/2 oz. Go figure. It is a medium action with a strong back half and softer towards the tip, probably why they rated it for 7 line, because of the strong back half. It is a light 7 wt. and fishes well with a floating or sinking 6, which were the lnes I liked best on it and a DT 5 floating works real well too. This one's in good shape, see the pictures. 2 tips here, the main tip that is original to the rod and a"spare" tip that is 4 inches short, that came off another"All-Rounder" I broke and had repaired by Orvis, so you will have two rods here really. The wraps are all virtually ... moreidentical, a dark burgundy/cordovan color. The tip that's 4 inches short fishes of course a touch faster and heavier, more a true 7 wt. and real suitable for bass bugs or big terrestrials. With this tip on, it's a 7' 11" rod. So there's an original, un-messed with 8' 3" rod, plus a spare tip that's 4 inches short from another"All Rounder. Tube and sock too.

This is a very collectable and desirable origional Lee Wulf Ultimate 1 pc 5 foot 10 and one quarter inch. 1 and 5/8 oz ultra light impregnated bamboo fly rod made by Farrlows of Scotland for mr. Lee Wulf I am a cane rod builder and I bought three of these rods in the late 90s souly for the purpose of collecting and having these rods on hand to mic the different stations. This one pc rod is one of my favorites and was one of Mr. Wulfs favorites. You can see this rod in action on his DVDs here on sale on E Bay where it shows him landing three Canadian brooke trout at one time totaling over twenty pounds total weight. This is the last of the three I have and im selling it because I no longer need it in my shop and i need the room. This rod was purchased from a small fly fishing museaum out of Nova Scotia when it closed. Classic Montague Rapidan 9' Bamboo Fly Fishing Rod 3/2
This is an interesting rod. All sections are straight and the proper length. The Montague Rapidan decal is about 50% This has a wood spacer on the downlocking slide band reel seat. Not typical of Rapidans. The guides and tip tops are all new,nicely wrapped in gold with black tipping. The stripper guide has an artificial agate insert. The tip tops are two different styles. The male ferrules show considerable wear and are not particularly tight The varnish is very good, obviously redone when the guides were replaced. Overall this rod is very good cosmetically, should fish well with some slight adjustment to the ferrules. Comes with a non-original cloth bag.

Lot of 4 Bass Pro Shops Classic fly fishing rod cases. They measure approximately 30" long with a 2.5" diameter. They show some wear from use. I tested the zippers and all work smoothly. One of them is quite faded(see photos) I believe that these were part of a package sold with a rod and when the rod broke. The customer returned the rod and the case. Just my best guess. The cork is soiled but not damaged. The rod has some wear on the ferrules and 2 scratches on the 2nd section as shown in the pictures. This is an older HERTERS 7' Fiberglass Fly Rod. Mdl. RB6YIS6 from an estate in Green Valley, AZ. Very nice condition all-around with no serious shortcomings. Just some very light scuffs in the finish here and there around the lower 8" of the fiberglass. All of the windings are excellent. It has an interesting reel seat that is moveable throughout the length of the grip so it can apparently be used for spin casting as well. Satisfaction guaranteed. See the pics for more info.
