I have recently reevaluated my rod collection and am choos ing to thin it out a bit. This is known as the steelheader jig rod and it is perfect for it. You are bidding on a vintage Lamiglas fly rod. Factory built in America. This graphite rod is 8 1/2 feet long and has two sections. It's rated as a 6 weight but will throw a 7 weight line well. The color of the rod blank is black with gray colored guide wraps. The aluminum reel seat is black, The overall condition of the rod is good. No guides are missing, the ferrules are fine. The handle and reel seat show wear typical for the age of the rod(approximately 40 years old) Why buy it? It makes a great all around rod for the beginner fly fisher. Or a nice 6 weight spare for the seasoned fly rodder. It comes with a cloth rod sleeve and a protective aluminum tube. Note the cap to the tube is missing but should be easy to replace.

A used. But as new 9ft 2pc 4wt custom rod on a Lamiglas blank. Hand built to a very high standard with good quality components including: full switch/spey handle with contrast ring on the foregrip. Fuji reel seat. High quality lined black rings throughout, red whipping detail on the lower blank(see pictures 9 and 11) hook keeper and Lamiglas USA decal. Very slim gloss dark grey/black blank, which was made in the USA, with black silk wraps. This rod is perfect as a light switch rod or for European style stick nymphing. It has only been used twice and is in excellent condition. I'm only selling as I prefer 4 piece rods as they are easier to transport. Will ship in a sturdy cardboard tube/box.

Another one of Lamiglas' finely handcrafted fishing rods. Their Espirit Graphite is an older rod. But still a favorite among fishermen. The rod comes with two different tip sections, one of the sections is slightly thicker than the other, weighing in at 1.1 ounces while the other is 0.8 ounces, both are the same length. The rod is made of graphite and breaks down into two sections, each of the guides has a glow-in-the-dark insert making it a great candidate for dusk or night fishing. It is rated for 8 to 25 lb. line weight and ¼ to 1¾ lure weight. The rod does come with a storage tube and sock. It is pre-owned and we are not the original owners of it and we do not know its history nor are we experts on fishing gear. The rod does have heavy wear and marks from use and storage. Lamiglas SFL96 S GLASS 8" 6/7 WT 2 PC Fly rod. The rod is in really good shape. I recently bought it but find I really don't need another 6/7wt. Rod shows only minor wear. Has two stripper guides and a Fuji seat. The Fuji seat may not be the prettiest to most people but they are bomb proof. I am a big fan of them. I paid $100 just for this rod and that was a bargain. I am offering all of this for a $99 start price. The Martin 67SS-A reel comes with line. Shows minor wear. Most noticeable is a spot on the spool. Pawls are good. Nice click pawl reel. No clue what the line is but think its a wf5f line. Next is a Fenwick fly rod. It was an 8"6 6/7 wt but I cut a couple foot off the butt and remounted the grip and moved the stripper. Vintage Lamiglas 8' 6" Limited Edition 1800 AFTMA #8 Fiberglass Fly Fishing Rod
You are bidding on a vintage Lamiglas Limited Edition 1800 AFTMA#8 2 piece fly rod. This rod is in excellent condition with the exception of the butt cap which is missing and a few light scratches. The guides are straight and the wraps are tight. The cork is also in excellent condition. The handle is in very good condition with a few light scratches as seen in the pictures. The rod is marked as 8' but it measures 8'6" The butt section and tip section are a perfect match and they fit together perfectly. It is possible that there was a second. Here is a rare Lamiglas Kenai Travel spinning rod 8'6" in 3-piece. Model Heavy G1315-3, line 12~25 lbs, lure 1/2 ~ 1-3/4 oz. The rod does not appear to have been fished much. The core handle shows discoloring especially the upper section. There are a few sharp depressions ranging from 1/4" to 3/8" on the lower handle and the upper handle has a chunk missing 1/8"x3/8" as shown in photo(it may be the nature of the wood core.another words the handle is not perfect for the lower and upper portion. It's got a rare"Lamiglas" stamped spinning reel seat as shown in photo. There is no rust on any of the eyes but a few paint loss spots and not noticing major abrasion on the rod. I found this at an estate sale and know very little about the rod other then it's in pretty darn clean condition and I priced it to sell. The rod is made by Lamiglas and is marked as seen in the pics. Clean cork handle. Nice Lamiglas reel seat with pistol grip, all graphite construction, no issues with either the wraps or eyelets and only a couple of scuffs and nothing stands out as an eyesore, guaranteed. If you are not 100% happy with it after receiving it then I will cheerfully refund your entire purchase price upon safe return of the rod as others will want it also.
