Penn International 12W Tournament Reel You are bidding on a very difficult to find Penn International 12W. These were the state of the art reels back in the mid to late 70's. If you were interested in IGFA world records in the 12lb to 20lb class this was the reel to have. Collectors have been snapping these up because they are rare and very unique. She has very light scratches on both the spool and side plates. I've tried to capture most of these in the pics but don't show very well. The spare spool is missing the drag washer and will require a replacement. Overall she's in great condition for her age. Fully operational and an important piece for your collection. BEAUTIFUL PENN INTERNATIONAL 6!!!!!!!! RARE,RARE,RARE!!!!!!
This is a beautiful example of the International 6. And of course. It's made in the USA! Only about a thousand were ever produced, and it is a great reel. Aside from various LIGHT scratches, there is a small scrape which is approx. 3/16 inch on the left side plate. This baby glows! I collect Internationals, and am getting rid of some of the redundant copies-I have six of the 6's-and love them all, but my house is full. Please look for my future auctions.
