Penn Fishing Tackle Mfg Co, Phila PA, has an orangish red marblized handle, Spool is a metal one. The reel has some surface wear, appears to function okay, takes some pressure to move the spool, so it needs to be taken apart and cleaned and oiled. But things like college and life come along and change one’s plans. The old plans are shelved and you are the beneficiary. I washed this in clear water after each trip. The 80# Dacron line on the spool is still good. There is hardly any wear and the drags are excellent. If you want a big game reel. The high-speed senator is still a primo piece to have. The only obviouse flaw I see is a crack in the rubber base of rod(see photo) otherwise appears sturdy and complete. 4 eyelets. Includes vintage Penn No.155 reel. it appears in good working order.
