I have up for auction a Shimano Stradic 1000FJ Spinning reel. I had this reel less then a season and fished it maybe seven or eight times. Essentially the reel is in Brand New condition. Reel has some braid on it but not a lot of Cortland masterbraid(15lb) I believe. I also have a brand new spool of Berkley trilene XL 4lb that goes with auction. Comes with original box. Shimano Stradic 4000FH Reel W/5000FH spare spool
Shamino Stradic 4000FH reel with 5000th spare spool. The reel shows some ware but works grate.No issues with the reel. I used this reel in fresh water only for river Salmon fishing. only used a few times a year) When I purchased the reel, it came with a 4000FH spool and a 5000FH spool the only difference is the line capacity. The 4000 spool is spooled up with Maxima Utrlagreen 12lb and the 5000 is bare(hardly switched spools) This is a very nice reel that has never gave me any problems, rolls smooth, drag is tight and smooth, the bail rolls over nice and the anti reverse works like a charm.
