Fully Guided Maine Fishing Trip 2 day/ 2 night all inclusive
As many of you know. We just purchased a new outpost camp about 2 hours north of our cabin. We purchased it primarily for the abundance of bear and moose in the area, but I've spent a lot of time up there so far this summer finding and setting up bear baits, and in my down time I've done some brook fishing to catch a few brookies for supper, I have to tell you honestly this is the best brook trout fishing I have ever experienced, anywhere. More often than not I catch very few if any"trash" fish, i.e. perch and chubs. These trout are not your average 6" skinny brook trout that requires a whole limit full to feed one person, these are 10"13" fat healthy trout, that put up a heck of a fight on a fly or light tackle. They see very, very little pressure and I'm sure most of these fish have never seen a hook. ... moreAnd it's not just one or brooks that are like this, there are seemingly endless amounts of them. And a short canoe trip up or down one of these streams can keep you in the brookies all day long.
