This is a used Regal vise that is probably 10 years old. It has not been used very much. And not in at least 7 years. After looking online and talking to Fly fishing experts the vise appears to be the model RC-4. It is in great condition. along with the vise I am including some leftover hooks: 3X long size 12 stonefly/nymph, size 14 dry, size 16 dry, Orvis size 12 shrimp/caddis nymph, size 14 scud, size 2 3x long nymph. The hooks are in multiple quantities, anywhere from 20-50. Also, I have some beads, a whip finisher, thread bobbin, and hair stacker. Time to clean out the fly tying cabinet so my kids won't have to do it for me. I'll describe the tools and materials photograph by photograph. Photograph 1: tools. The vise on the left is a an old Herter's I bought from them over a half-century ago; I've had a number of vises since then. But always was fond of this one. Probably as much of a collector's item now as a working vise. The vise on the left also is a old Herter's(if I remember correctly) The two leftmost rows also have 8 bobbins of various size, a couple of pair of hackle pliers, and a lacquer jar with bodkin. The next row has scissors, bodkins, whip finishers, hackle guards, and a hackle/hook gauge. Photograph 2: saddle hackle. Not much explanation needed here. I don't think any of these have been opened. I am auctioning a fly tying workstation which is 21" wide by 12" deep. It has a heavy wood base with what looks like a formica surface. It has two arms on each side which extends from the back to the front and has 5 holes in each arm which holds tools. Thread bobbins etc. There is 8 dowels across the back to hold spools of thread or wire. There is a magnetic strip to hold hooks and a block of wood with a hole in it to hold a bottle of head cement. The vise can be mounted on either the right or left side. This set includes the following: 1 Sunrise Super AA Vise by Sunrise International 8 small spools of thread with various colors. This is a vintage fly tying kit from Noll. It appears to have been used. But very little. Some items still in unopened packaging. I also think there were some feathers added because there is a plastic box of them and a ziploc bag of them included. I believe items are all there. But not really sure what it came with. Here is a large assortment of fly fish tying supplies(feathers. Deer& elk hair and rabbit fur, yarn, dubbing, hooks, wire, thread, storage cups, beads) oak station with thread spindles, Renzetti vise, assorted small tools, hook organizer boxes, and two black tote storage bags. Everything you need to make your favorite fly. The assortment contains mostly unopened packages- a couple Super Saddles have a $55 price sticker! The wood tying station and Renzetti vise are a little dusty. There is also a cloth rod bag. The Blue plastic cabinet pictured is not included.
