This is a Sage ONE 7wt. that has been used three times. Comes with a warranty card that has not been filled out. I am selling the rod because I need a heavier version of this same model. The rod is in beautiful condition with absolutely no wear on the cork. Washed with warm fresh water and dried with a shammy all three times it was used.

Vintage Sage Fly Rod
This is a Vintage Sage GFL 896 RP Graphite 11 Fly Rod in excellent condition. It includes the original rod sack and tube. I bought this rod new from Mickey Powell at Buz’s Fly Shop in Visalia. Ca. many years ago. It is one of seven superb fly rods that I own. It is 9’6” in length and weighs 4 7/8 ozs. It was made to throw a#8 fly line however, I really like the way it handles a#9 wf taper. This was my gamer for chasing steelhead on the North Fork Umpqua River and it is still in absolutely first class condition.I will include a Cortland 444sl wf9 floating rocket taper and an SA ultra 3 wf9 floating/sinking steelhead 1V taper.
