Up for sale is a really nice Temple Fork Outfitters five weight. Nine foot, four piece, Lefty Kreh Professional Series rod and a couple of reels. I am selling this as I am fishing with my family on the bay much more often and this simply hasn't been used. Included in this sale is the following: One rod as described above in the best used condition I can describe short of like new. I see no blemishes or marks typical of use. I have fished this rod less than twice in fresh water only! It is light. Fast and responds exactly as a TFO rod always does. One Cabelas Prestige Plus II reel. It is in like new condition as well. I cannot find a blemish on it other than dust. Barely visible is a very unnoticeable mark where it sat on a hard surface while I tied a fly. But again, very subdued. It comes spooled with 6 weight orange White River WF Floating ... morestring in great conditon. There is also backing- Tie on a leader and fly and this reel is ready to go- I prefer one weight higher than rod weight) You will have the choice as the next reel is spooled with five weight line and excellent backing: One White River HC II fly reel spooled with leader and White River WF Floating 5 weight line. A great Temple Fork Outfitters fly rod for your consideration. I bought this rod new a couple years ago for a saltwater trip to Belize. The rod performed flawlessly. It has seen very light use(less than 10 days on the water) I find it a little too much rod for most of my fishing around home. Which revolves around trout, smallmouth and the occassional carp in the river. I was so impressed with the value of the TFO Lefty Kreh Professional Series, that I just acquired a 9' 7 wt. My wife tells me the fishing rod collection is not to grow this year, so this 8wt. is headed down the road. It does not have the cloth bag inside the case but it has the pvc piping so is safe and I will wrap a piece for shipping. the case is built so you can leave the reel attached. TFO BVK 7wt. 9' 4-piece. The rod is in great condition. Bought this rod last winter and it has seen very little use. I primarily boat fish for smallmouth using a TFO BVK 6 wt backed up with the TFO Jim Teeny 5wt. I really bought this 7 wt on a winter impulse. The rod does not have a hook keeper. It came new that way. I slipped on a rubber hook keeper(see picture) and it works just fine. Just slip off the rubber hook keeper if you do not want to use it. The only difference between this rod and a new one, with the exception of the hook keeper, is the price.
