This Quantum Smoke reel is used. Overall condition of the reel I would grade a 7/10 cosmetically and 10/10 performance. I took a close up of the only defects on the reel. Small scratches can be seen on top of the reel due to treble hooks chipping the paint. I place the back set of trebles on all my rods and reels on top of the spool. This is the reason for scratches. This reel is in great working order and only has a few minor cosmetic blemishes to do boat rash. I am selling this reel because I have upgraded to some newer models and I do not find myself using this reel anymore. The reel comes with the box and paperwork. PREVIOUS OWNER SANDED PAINT OFF BECAUSE HE SAID PAINT WAS COMING OFF. HE FORGOT TO SEAL IT AND THE PAINT DUST GOT INSIDE THE GEARS. I CLEANED THE INSIDE OF THE REEL AND FLUSHED THE GEARS AND RELUBED THEM. FUNCTIONS GOOD, BUT STILL NEEDS A NEW PAINT JOB.
