For purchase is a Big Mouth Billy Bass fish wall plaque. It states 1999 Gemmy Industries Corp on the back. In my opinion. He is in good used condition; He does have some minor scratches/marks. There is also something underneath his tail; not sure quite what it is(pictured above) I'm not sure if it was there all along or not. He could also use a good cleaning.
