They are 2 inches x 2 inches x 6 inches.This is width x depth x length and these are outside dimensions of the boxes. These are two piece boxes with a top and bottom. They have finger slots on the lid piece to facilitate ease of opening. These boxes are white inside and out. They have a matte finish on the inside and a smooth satin finish on the outside of the box. The box material is a high quality paper stock with a thickness of.023 inches. They are precision cut in a professionally made die and fit perfectly when assembled. These boxes come flat and will require assembly. There are two methods I have used to glue them together. The box top label nor the lure in the pic are part of the sale. First is a hot glue gun and second with a glue tape dispenser. Below I have listed links to videos/slides on demonstrations of gluing the boxes together with both methods. How to Assemble a Small Lure Box Using a Hot Glue Gun- YouTube The glue tape dispenser is a little more costly to get set up but is by far the best way to glue boxes particularly if you are doing a lot of boxes. This lure tape and dispenser was a little hard to find so I listed links to where I bought mine on a page at; I am sorry to say that these boxes are bulky even when shipped flat mailing cost is expensive. I ship them by USPS Priority Mail and the size of them requires the Medium Flat Rate box at a cost of $11 for shipping. Hence the minimum quantity of boxes at 30 to at least spread the cost per box for shipping. The Medium Flat Rate box will hold a total of 60 boxes if you have a use for that quantity; thereby cutting the shipping cost per box in half. You are bidding on old Popeil Bait Gun. It is 6 1/4 inches long. Made of hard plastic, apparently has a spring on the inside because it does spring back. There are 4 settings on it, marked BAIT GUN. The front is marked POPEIL'S BAIT GUN, back is marked PATS. PEND. STK. NO. BK-800 MFD BY POPEIL BROS. INC. CHICAGO USA. Good old timer in great shape. I think this was one of Popeil's first inventions. I think this is for baiting hooks, came out of an old tackle box. There are 2 different ways to set it. Excellent mechanical condition. The case is stiff and bowed out on one end. The reel side plates have very light surface scratches and some residue around the red High Speed tag. The reel handle has a blemish on it. The chrome on the reel is bright and shiney. The oil tube is still sealed in the plastic wrap. A side flap is missing off the box and one end flap is barely attached. The original price tag of $41.99 is still present from OG Wilson. JBL Woody 38 Special SCUBA Snorkeling Spear Gun Spear Fishing Used once
Up for sale is a barely used like new JBL Woody 38 Special Speargun. I went diving and only had it in the water once for about 30 minutes. Then it was cleaned and stored. It has been in my climate controlled closet for the past few years. It is in almost perfect shape with only a few small marks in the wood. You can see them in the last picture. There is also some paint on it where my initials were but it does not affect the function. It does need 2 new slings(about $15) as they are dry rot. One popped when I was testing it. It has stainless steel line on it and a slip tip break away point. I will also throw in a Rotating Dual Wing Rock Point spear tip which came with the gun but was never used. I removed it when I bought the gun and never used it. Made by high class Picadilly of London a lovely canvas& leather bag. Ive contacted Cordings to ask if they knew the exact purpose of the bag or why it has the'Cottenham Estate' name on it. But they dont know. Their marketing department asked their followers on Facebook. And there was a suggestion that it was a range bag. I think more likely as a fly fishing bag. Its beautifully made with leather straps and trim and is in superb. Seldom used condition. The J Cording& Co label is on the inside and'Cottenham' is professionally debossed on the flap. It is lined in a tope coloured cotton(no stains or marks whatsoever) The webbing strap is adjustable with a brass ring. Approx measurments: 16" x 8 4/8" x 3" 40.6 x 21.6 x 7.7 cms) This really is a lovely bag which any Sportsman would be proud to own. The vintage oiler is in higher grade condition, maintaining a super solid nickel plating, that is commonly found to be worn off extensively. The oiler shows only the slightest of scuffing, with no unsightly rubbing and bold advertising etchings for display. The gasket is in excellent condition as well, with wonderful threads and tight functions.
