Paramount 21 ft. Superfisherman Center Console Boat w/ 150 Hp Mercury Optimax. I have had the injectors professionally cleaned in the motor and it runs well. The motor is a 1999 year model. The blue and silver decals on the motor have been painted over w/ black paint because the blue clashed w/ the red rope that is in the rub rail. Structurally the boat is in fine shape but cosmetically has the usual nicks and scars of a hull that is approximately 18 years old( I have been told the boat was built in 1996) It is still a very good looking boat. Since I have had the boat and as importantly since the injectors were cleaned. I have never run any gas in it that was not 89+ octane marine fuel(NO ETHANOL) I recently removed a black Keel Guard and have a new red Keel Guard that I have not yet had time to put on the boat. 2000 Mercury outboard lower unit from a 150 hp optimax 28"? standard rotation.
Item up for sale is a 2000 Mercury 150 hp Optimax lower unit. It comes just as pictured. The casing is perfectly intact and the seals are tight and leak free. It shifts great. The PCM unit reported that the motor had 117 hours of use. Standard Rotation, and I presume the shaft is 28"but I'm not sure how it's officially determined so I show how I measured it in a picture, from the end of the shaft to the upper and lower housing unit seam. This unit is a winner and a great deal for someone.

Inflatable Boat (Modified) 8' with 9.8 hp Mercury Outboard
This is my Seaworthy semi-modified inflatable boat with a 9.8 Mercury outboard motor from early 90's. I've modified it by adding sideboards around it which helps stabilize it. Keep water from splashing, keep people from falling out and aid in fishing. The overhead light rack in the back also helps stabilize around the engine area. The raft is painted in a shaker-can black with lime green trim. The 9.8 Mercury outboard motor has a 20" shaft and hauls ass reaching a top speed of approximately 30 mph. The outboard motor starts easily and runs like a charm. Hit the throttle and this inflatable boat jumps out of the water and is planing in about four seconds then accelerates to top speed in another five seconds. I've rewired the motor and cleaned it externally and internally with a new impeller installed this year. It's very ... moremaneuverable and can negotiate tight waterways very quickly. The boat can hold up to two adults, but planes better with one full grown adult. 1969 Mercury 9.8 hp Outboard motor recently serviced runs great with fuel tank This 1969 Mercury 9.8hp outboard engine has just had a new impeller installed plus it was taken to a shop and tuned and new plugs were installed. The motor fires right up and runs and idles good. It will come with the fuel tank pictured and will include the fuel lines as well. It is ready to be put on your boat and used. There are a few small issues I will note. The kill switch needs replaced and I used the choke to kill the motor which works just fine. Also the skag on the bottom has a small piece that broke but it was sanded down and is smooth. Also the little round piece that goes on the end of one of the screw mounts came off but I have it and you just need to put against the transom when you mount the motor is all. Finally the prop does have some nicks and ... morescrapes but still works fine. It really is a dependable little motor minus the few small issues I have noted. It is being sold because the little aluminum boat it was used with is being replaced by a new boat with a new motor. Shipping is for the lower 48 states only. Alaska. This is 70's Crestliner Jon Boat and everything works great. Motor has always started without ant problems, trolling motor is a 50lbs thrust and moves this boat around nicely- the 9.9 Mercury really moves it faster than you would think. I have never had any problems with it and have mostly used it on area lakes, but have had it out on the Mississippi too. Also comes with 4 life vest, marine battery for the trolling, has 2 oars, anchor, there is a pin missing from the crank pulley on the trailer, you can still use it the pull boat up on the trailer- was like that when I bought it and I always use a chain to secure boat for travel and has not been an issue- takes a 1 7/8" ball. Local Pick Up in Burlington Iowa- I would be willing to hold boat until you are able to pick it up- as long as paid up front first. You are looking at 13x22 pitch laser 2 stainless steel prop 15 notch 1 inch diameter for 115 hp mercury. It is used. It has a chip out of one of the blades but it is repairable and when I used it it did not take anything off the speed of the boat the way it is so you don't have to repair it if you don't want to. I bought the prop like this the guy before me did that to it.
