As well as the great fishing and hunting, Lac Seul Lodge offers a quiet place to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of city living. Guests can set their own pace – getting up at daybreak for early fishing or enjoy sleeping in – lounging in the shade on the beach – sit back and enjoy the stunning sunsets in our bay where many fantastic photos have taken place. The rugged countryside with its abundance of wildlife is a photographer’s dream. Take a whirl at water-skiing or you can spend some leisure time picking raspberries and blueberries.
A screened fish cleaning house, wrapping paper, freezers and ice are included. Advance reservations are suggested for guide service.

Remote Outpost Cabins On Lac Seul
In addition to our main base camp, we own two remote boat-in outpost cabins on Lac Seul. Roughing it isn't so rough at our remote boat-in outpost ... morecabins! They are equipped with propane refrigerators and freezers and four burner cook stoves with ovens. Solar panels power the lights and water system. Both cabins have hot and cold running water in the kitchen and bathroom. Bathrooms are equipped with showers and vanities. We provide all dishes, cooking utensils, and comfortable beds. Cabins have skylights, cathedral ceilings, private bedrooms and are furnished in knotty pine. The grounds and equipment are well maintained and clean.
Sunlight Lake Outpost
Located on the shores of Sunlight Lake, this four person outpost is twenty-eight miles from camp. Lac Seul’s finest fishing is at your doorstep with no large bays to cross. Guests may fish on Broad and Sunlight lakes and have easy access to Lac Seul.
Black Bay Outpost
Tucked away 30 miles from camp in a secluded bay on Lac Seul, this outpost is popular for larger groups – accommodating up to nine people. This outpost is equipped with a 12 cubic foot freezer. Although this is a remote part of Lac Seul, you are not far from Aldous, Williams, & McIntyre Bays and Vaughan Lake. In addition to excellent Northern, Walleye, & Small Mouth Bass fishing, A rare treat to anglers are the elusive Muskie.
Rates For Sunlight and Black Bay
Includes: cabin, boat, motor or wharfage, 30 gal. gas, 15 doz. minnows per boat, ice, parking, escorting to and from outpost cabins and midweek outpost checks.
Due to high repair and replacement costs, guests are responsible for physical damage to boats, motors and cabins.

All have hot and cold running water, private showers, and ... moreflush toilets. Each has electric or gas heat. We supply all of the dishes and cooking utensils that you will need. We also supply the bed linens but ask you to bring along your own face cloths, bath towels as well as kitchen linens.
We also have newer three and four bedroom cottages with 2 bathrooms, carpet, ceiling fans, reading lamps, and single beds. Fully modern kitchens, complete with microwave ovens, sliding patio doors that lead onto a large veranda with gas BBQs. Fish cookers are available for guests on request.
Our large, late model 17 1/2’ Lund Outfitter boats are safe, sturdy and equipped with padded swivel seats. All are powered by dependable 4-stroke Yamaha motors. To accommodate larger boats, we have plenty of dock space, an asphalt launching ramp and parking space for trailers is available. The grounds, cabins, cottages and equipment are well maintained and very clean.
