Marryat MR8 fly reel(right hand wind) with spare spool. Extra drag parts and a case. The reel is used and in very good condition, it does have some superficial marks to the finish, but operates perfectly. The reel come with Cortland 333 HT WF7F rocket taper line and the spare spool has Cortland 333HT WF7F rocet taper as well. Up for auction is a barely used Sage 3400D disc drag spare spool in black. This spool is made for 7/8/9wt fly lines and comes with the original reel case. This spool is in great condition no warps or bends. The only thing that I noticed on the spool was some small nicks on the side of the spool. Which in no way affects the function of the spool. The backing is included with the auction. Lamson Konic 4.0 with approx. 125 yrds. 30lb. backing. Also spare spool without backing. Have had these for 2-3 seasons and it has performed perfectly. I used it heavily in the salt for stripers. The reason for selling is. I found a small amount of pitting as you can see in the photo's. I spoke to Lamson and they said they weren't made for heavy salt water use, but are great for fresh water. So I decided to sell them. The drag system is the exact same one that is on their more expensive reels, and it is very smooth. Absolutely love Lamson reels, Like I said, it was one of my go to reels and I fish very heavy.
