Some of these look pretty old and some newer(the plastic ones) I believe all of these would have been used to hold the reel in place on a fishing rod. Not sure if they are strictly for spincast rods or not. Please be your own expert. They probably fed through the rod or rod seat and held the top of the reel in place.
