Up for bid is a Fenwick fishing rod blank. This rod is about 63" long. And it says on the sticker- says HMG Iron Hawk- Graphite- Blank No. HCA 605. There is nothing that I can see written on the rod, and I think it has ever eyes on it. It does have a ferrule attached that looks like it might fit on of the old Fuji handles.

Inlaid"jungle cock" feather on butt section. Original cork grip and reel seat- good condition. Originally a 8' 5wt. 3 pc. Refinished as a 7'10.5" 5wt. 3pc. some time over the years the tip was repaired at a shorter length by 1.5" Butt section above grip has a repair wrap- seam was slightly open. Not a serious problem. Ferrule wraps are black silk and epoxy coate- I felt that these areas needed more strength. Rod has 4 coats of Spar Urethane Outdoor Clear Semi-Gloss. Rod will cast a 5wt or a 6wt line well. I have cast 50 to 60 feet with the rod. Mid-Flex rod action. Tip is about 1.5" short. The rod is straight- ... morejust did a little straightening of the tip. Lamiglas fiberglass fly rod blank and Riffle? project rod
This auction includes one Lamiglas fiberglass fly rod blank and one project rod. The Lamiglas is the 6'6" 3 wt version. I installed a Hopkins/Holloway tip top on it. The project rod is a 5'6" fiberglass blank with spigot ferrules. My best guess is that this is an older Riffle blank. But I can't verify that. I can't even verify that it is a fly blank, but it is a medium to medium fast action blank that feels suited to a 4 or 5 weight line. I installed a short cork grip(4 1/4" and reel seat with blued nickle silver fittings and a black tip top. The ferrule fit will need to be adjusted because the male end is slightly undersized at the very end and it doesn't fit perfectly.

Vintage Lews Fuji Long Diamond Pattern Handles W/Custom Made Rods
Up for bid is(2) Vintage Bait Casting. With Lew's Fuji Diamond pattern handles. Rods can be removed from handles. I do not know the type of rods but they feel like they are a medium weight. They have 6 eyes and a tip. As you can see from the pictures the emblem is not attached to either of the handles, but I have two that you can attach. Each rod with the handle is about 6 Feet long and out of the handle each is about 63 inches. The handles are about a foot long. Rods of this length would cost a great deal to ship over seas if you could ship them at all.

Vintage bamboo fly rod parts. Butts. mids. tips.
This is for a lot of nine bamboo fly rod sections for use as restoration or rod repair. There are three buts. two mids and four tips. One of the butts is for a reversable rod. Two of the butt sections are 32-1/2" and one is 42" The 42" butt is a very nice butt for a 7' two piece rod. It is labeled. Genuine Tonken Cane. HI. Model Meteor. This has a wood grip and reelseat with a sliding band and is in pretty good shape. One mid is 32" and the other is 36" All the butts and mids have the ferrules. Reel seats, and some guides. Not all the guides are present. The longest tip is 36" but there is a crack in the cane near the tip end. The other three tips are 29 to 30" and may or may not be original length. This is for a lot of vintage bamboo fly rod tips. There are ten tips total. They range from 32-1/2" to 36-1/2" long. They all have ferrules and tip tops except one with no tip top. This tip has a ferrule but no guides. All the rest appear to have all the guides on them. The two tips at the top of the photos have an issue. The light colored tip has a repair wrap about 4" from the tip. It is well done and almost invisible. The other one is the one with no guides and has a separation about 3" long in the cane about half way up. I don't know if it is separated or a piece of cane is missing. The other eight tips are good. They appear to be full length. There do not appear to be any tips that where broken at the tip top end. Possibly one may have been shortened at the ferrule end. Not sure. The two tips with the blue tape ... morearound them are a matching pair of tips. Some of These tips need some straightening. The finish is good on some and some the finish is worn. Listing is for a lot of broken rod parts that are good for parts/repair or maybe making some ice rods from. These were purchased a while ago with the very same intent. But I do not have time to make rods. I'd rather tie flies so these are just taking up space. Please refer to pics for size and types. The first few pic(1-4) depicts all SCIII st croix avid blanks that range from 21-60" in length. The pics 5-9 depict mainly SCII blanks that range from 14-28" and the few on the right are some blanks striped of their guides. I thought somebody may want the blank portion as I was just going to toss it. There are 6 stripped blanks where 4 are SCIII blanks, one is an older croix elite(green SCIII) blank, and the last one is a gloomis NRX blank. The last pic depicts the various groups of SCIII, Bare blanks, and SCII. Again note this ... morelisting is for rod parts where there are a ton of guides here. Great hobby to do before the fishing season kicks off. I'm unsure as to how much shipping will be. But I believe 20 USD should cover it as it is a big package and I need to find a tube to fit it all. New titanium reel seat with green graphite insert. Ferrule wraps are black silk and epoxy coated- I felt that these areas needed more strength. Rod has 4 coats of Spar Urethane Outdoor Clear Semi-Gloss. Rod will cast a 5wt or a 6wt line well. I have cast 50 to 60 feet with the rod. Med- Fast action. The rod is basically straight. Rod is in very good condition for its age. All ferrules are tight. Guides are H&H chrome and spaced and sized to current standards. One tip and butt sections are the same length.
