Vintage& unusual. Scarce SHIMANO MODEL BW 2602 BULLWHIP FIGHTIN' ROD of approx 72" OAL, still in very good overall condition, from back in the 1980s era we'd guess. This Bullwhip Fightin' Rod is designed for spin casting of course, and is composed of black graphite, with blank full length tapered from tip to butt. Rod features six(6) high quality ceramic ring guide of the era plus Shimanos proprietary reel seat of black resin fitted with SS clad, screw-down locking ring plus finger grip projection on lower side for sure grip when casting, and has a black foam rubber aft grip capped with a black rubber butt snub as well.See Photos) Unusual for the full length taper of the Rod of course, the gorgeous gray-black graphite is clear coated and the ring guides are affixed with black wraps. This Shimano Bullwhip Rod It is a two-piece ... moremodel which appears to come apart at the first/ largest ring guide, but a modest twist& pull on our part has failed to budge it, and we will leave the seperation to the buyer. Up for sale is a Fin-Nor 20-30lb 5'8 fishing rod with Aftco roller guides and Aftco removable unibutt. This rod is a rare find. Purchased for $379. The reel seat area is gold anodized and the rod is wrapped in black and gold. The rod uses an e-glass blank. It is in excellent condition but does have some minor cosmetic blems(from being on a boat) Very minor, nothing that would effect the rod strength in any way. The foam has an area where it looks like a hook had snagged(please see attached picture) All in all this is a very nice looking and quality fishing rod that is a great buy. Here is a Vintage Mil wards of England Solid Wood Salmon Rod. This is a 3 piece 1 tip with a length of 10 feet 7 inches. I believe this rod is Greenheart but not sure. Th e t ip section is short by 2.5 inches. The ferrules are spiked and brass in construction. The mid has all the guides but the but need to have the agate or glass insert reattached. The tip section needs 3 guides replaced. These are the t hin wire casting style guides. The cork grip is 16.5 inches long. The reelseat. Cork a nd ferrules are in good sh ape. The Milwards name is l egible on the butt ca p. The sliding ri ngs for t he reel are brass in construction. The sections are pretty straight but t he tip has some fishing experience. Star Rods Hand crafted USA T 50 LB w/ Aluminum Butt & Aftco Guides Big Game Rod
This is a Star Rods Hand Crafted in the USA offshore trolling rod. It is model T 50 HC and is rated for 50 lb. It has a Stuart Aluminum Butt and Stuart Aluminum Reel Seat. It also has Aftco Roller Guides all the way up totaling 5 roller guides in total. And has an Aftco Roller Tip as well. The rod is in good condition with a very light saltwater rash on the roller guides. The roller tip has a little more saltwater rash than the guides. The aluminum butt has some knicks and scratches from use, and the reel seat has some wear as well. There is a slight scratch that runs along the right side of the rod from the first guide to the third guide and has a small circular piece of flex coat chip just before the third guide. Two Garcia Agate spinning rod line guides
These are two German made Garcia Agate line guides with silver frames. The larger guide is 1 1/16 inch in diameter and the smaller guide is 3/8 inch. The larger guide has one fine undisplaced fracture and the smaller guide has two opposing fine undisplaced fractures. Both are new old stock items. They are not recovered from used rods. I classified them as"used" because they have fractures, but guides have not been used.

Three beautiful custom saltwater boat rods. They have been gently used in freshwater. No corrosion on any of the guides or reel seats. These are very nice rods with silver sparkle tips. One has nine Fuji guides. The other two have eight guides that aren't marked. All guides appear to be high polished chrome and are very nice. Two reel seats are labeled Fuji. The third is a heavy duty double steel ring reel seat that is unmarked. Two of the rods have gimbal butts with covers the third has just standard butt. All 3 rods are unmarked. The Beryllium intake seats are 100% compatible with Titanium valves. This greatly reduces valve wear and adjustments and retains the benefits of lightweight Titanium Valves. New Bronze Manganese exhaust guides are intalled and sized. 90% of the CRF heads we see need the exhaust guides replaced and sized before cutting the seats. All seats are then cut concentric to the guide axis with a multi angle profile on our Rottler SG7. Your head is shipped back ready for you to install your own valve train parts.
