It stands approximately 13 inches tall depending on angle setting. Company logo(interlocking"W" C" is stamped on upper ring. Holder would be bolted to the vessel via the 3.5" x 2.25" adjustable base. Wilcox and Crittenden was a Middletown. Conn foundry established in 1847. Chrome finish has pitting and there are only 2 bolts for mounting. Located in Irvine. CA. Pick up is free.

Here's a neat piece of fishing Americana from the 1950's that would make a great addition to any sports room. Manufactured by the Cornwall Wood products company of Maine. This five rod holder captures the theme of those old-school fishing lodges perfectly. Overall width: 11-3/4" Overall height: 4-3/4" Depth(from back to front of rod shelf) 2" Weight: 3/4 pound. Given its age. This one has a few nicks and dings but nothing major. It did somehow end up with a hole in the fisherman's head which I tried to show this in the last picture. With a little effort, this could be easily fixed. There are no splits anywhere in the wood and the shelf to the base attachment is still nice and tight. We are offering this vintage leather fishing rod holder made by the George Lawrence Company of Portland. Oregon. Considering its age it is in beautiful condition. There is some wear and the leather is cracking slightly in a few places especially around the buckle holes and at one of the straps due to age and wear. It is fully intact and completely functional.
