Orvis Trident TL 9ft- wt. 3 1/8 oz- 5 wt. Line Tip Flex 9.5 0101 This Orvis 4 piece fly fishing rod is in Like New condition looking like it has never been used. The only thing I found is it looks like someone branded a small R into the cork handle. You can see it in my picture and see that it does not effect the rod or take away from its beauty. It comes with its original Orvis sock and tube.

Beautiful R.L. Winston B3X BIIIX 9' 5wt 4pc Fly Rod In immaculate condition
I bought this rod about six months ago and have taken it out one time. Very briefly. I took it to a local river to fish the Mothers Day Caddis hatch but the water was high so there was very little use. I was out maybe two hours. Cork shows a little soiling as you can see in the photos but nothing that would be noticeable unless told about it. I see rods on fly shop racks with much darker cork. Reel seat is without blemish and nickel silver hardware is bright and shiny without scratches. The blank has no scratches at all. I waxed the ferrules before putting them together so there is no scraping there either. Bag has no tears or damage. Rod tube has some normal shelf scuffs though very little and mostly what it came to me with. Rod has sat in the gear closet since that day. Up for sale is a barely used. Near mint Sage ZXL 590-4. I bought this rod this past spring to fish for browns and brooks in the local rivers along with a 9ft 4wt of the same model. I've found myself constantly taking the 4wt instead of the 5 and this one tends to sit unused in the closet. The rod does show some very minor signs of use(minimal soiling to cork and scratches on the butt cap that were there when I bought it) The rod has been used for maybe 6-7hrs over 3 trips and the warranty card has not been sent in yet. With great regret I am selling the last of my Temple Fork Flyrod TiCrX Lefty Kreh Signature Series Flyrods: see items# 221414446420) 8wt and(221401625941) 12 wt for my previous sales. This is a used rod in excellent condition. It was my absolute GO TO Rod when I was fishing Freshwater for Smallmouth. Largemouth,etc. It a little heavy for some freswaterfishing, but not in bedding season when the likelihood of getting into a nine or 10 or even 11 pound bass is not out of the question. And here in Florida a 4- 6 lb bass is a very common catch. This rod can simply do it all. I usually used a 5 wt line but if fish were quite spooky and I needed to make very long casts right on the bank as in drifting for small mouth. I would go up a a size to a six wt. If I was pretty convinced that I was going to catch mostly seatrout on the flats. I would also ... moreuse use this rod with a 6wt line. This rod is currently $240.00 on the Temple Fork Site I was very fortunate in that I met Rick Pope when he was just starting to distribute temple fork rods. Because I tied flies at the national shows for almost 10 years I was able to test all of the new rods as they would appear at the shows. Abel 9' 5wt PROTOTYPE Fly Fishing Rod 4pc COLLECTIBLE
I got this rod from a high end tackle collector in British Columbia. He said that this rod one was one of the first rods that Steve and Gina Abel made to get started in the flyrod business. There are no markings on the blank itself. Just the stenciling of the prototype on the rod bag. Also comers with the rod tube. It is very high end with all the components top notch. I have no letter of authenticity but the gentleman i got it from is very reputable in the business. Minor scuff on silver rod butt. A couple of small marks on the blank from light use(probably by Steve or Gina) Email any questions.

What a phenomenal little 5wt.and it's in excellent condition(borderline mint) Original owner. Used lightly a couple seasons. Unfortunately can't say the same for the rod tube which has had it's share of nicks and dings from too much time in the garage. Comes with sock and tube. No warranty card.

A sage 590-4 graphite rod with case. Top section is broken. the break is clean and there doesnt seem to be any runs or cracks resulting from the break. It should be repairable in the right hands.
