You are looking at a very unique and very nice custom built rod. This rod is one of a kind. This TFO BVK 9' 6wt 4pc was professionally built to my specifications. Rod is used but in overall great condition and comes with a rod tube which I had to purchase separately as you do with all TFO rods. There is no rod sock. But the tube has dividers built in to keep sections separate. The rod has a nice burl wood insert with an uplocking reel seat. With nice hardware. Factory BVK's have a woven graphite reel seat. The cork is a fat cigar shape and was custom spun to fit nicely in the palm of my big hand. The idea was to give me increased grip and control of the rod to more easily and accurately throw streamers and nymph set ups. The guides are single foot guides rather than snake guides like you'd see on factory rods. The wraps on the ... moreguides are an evergreen color with metallic silver trimming. the hook keeper also has some nice wrap and trimming as well. REEL PICTURED IS NOT INCLUDED. TFO BVK 10 ft 7 weight 4 piece rod. Included with the rod is a triangular TFO rod tube and blank warranty card. Rod is really fast. Crisp, light weight. The sock included is not the original. The original blew off the boat when I was out on the river. There is a little wear and soiling on the cork but you can see by the pictures the use is minimal and the wear is inconsequential. Overall the rod is in great shape and only used a handful of times. When I actually get out of the house to fish I find myself using my 3& 5 weights the most.
