For auction is an Orvis Helios 9' 0" 8-Weight 4-Piece(908-4pc) Fly Rod in excellent condition. The rod has been on only two saltwater fishing trips with 7 days on the water. There are some light scratches on the carbon fiber rod tube from travel and the rod has very light soiling on the grip. This is a powerful 8-weight saltwater fly rod. The action is quite fast. But also forgiving, and it is very light weight. I will accept Paypal as payment and will send anywhere in the lower 48 US states for $16. The cork handle and reel butt have light signs of wear from normal use. Reel seat is in excellent condition. The rod in the photo is the rod being auctioned. No issues whatsoever that I can see. This rod is about 4 or 5 years old. A beautifully crafted fly rod that I bought new and have never used. The cork is still sealed. The case is beautiful simulated wood- the end caps have scuff marks- the fish will never know! No line or reel included

You are looking at/bidding on a one owner Winston Spey rod serial#53116. These rods are the choice of serious steelhead and salmon anglers. These rods offer power, responsiveness and accuracy. They are one of the lightest spey rods on the market and are a joy to cast and to fight fish with. Has the ability to handle a large variety of fishing conditions, lines, and flies. If you can only own one two-handed rod I would seriously recommend this one. The 14’ 9-weight Spey rods ... morewere made from the LT graphite composite and produced during the 1996/2000 timeframe. In 1996. The LT Spey product line consisted of the 13’ 8-weight and the 15’ 10-weight rods. In 1997, the 14’ 9-weight rod was added and in 1998, the 12’ 7-weight rod was added. This LT9 Spey has a sleeve overfit ferrule. A maple and anodized reel seat, HW handle, and weighs 8 3/4oz, which is among the lightest of 9 weight spey rods of all makes. Item is in great condition. Like a new rod and looks to me to have never seen water(and I have sold over 2000 used rods) ferrules virtually zero wear, rod very little wear, handle is not discolored or pitted or marked. Wraps/guides are in like new shape, blank is free of scratches and blems. A very nice rod, that was cast but never fished as my client was sick for many years and didn't get to fish it.Comes with original RL Winston Green metal tube and original Winston rod bag. Sweet lightly used TFO TiCr 6 weight fly rod for sale. Rod is in great shape and ready to catch fish all season. This is a true fast action rod-not super stiff. But certainly not slow. Casts a#6 WF fly line very well. Generates high line speed easily and is still very fishable at all distances. A perfect smallmouth bass rod. Also great for small redfish, small bonefish, largemouth bass, and small stream carp. Would be great for mousing brown trout at night. Perfect primary or backup rod. Treat yourself to fish on a new rod this year. Comes with a TFO triangular rod tube(resists rolling and crushing) which is typically an extra $30. the zipper on the rod tube is currently not functional.
