Up for auction is a lightly us ed Custom Built 7 ft 4 weight 2 piece Fly Rod. Rod is at least 10 years old but blank brand is unclear. Very well could be Scott as this rod has spigot ferrules which they are known to use frequently. It is a quality rod and is built well. Has a cool"stealth" look to it and cast great and short to medium distances. Perfect dry fly rod. This is a great looking rod! The rod is sanded to a matte black finish with glossy black guide wraps. Reel seat has a sliding uplock ring and hardware over a beautiful maple wood. Rod is medium/slow a nd casts a#4 line well. Excellent"used" condition. Cork is very clean and rod has not seen much use. This Orvis Superfine/Ultrafine Fly Rod is a 7 foot 9 inch- 2 piece- 2 weight; very lightweight rod. It only weighs 1 1/2 ounces. The rod has only been fished a few times; you can tell this by looking at the picture of the cork handle. The rod is in excellent condition and it comes with its orginal sock and storage tube. Your are bidding on a Powell 9 1/2' 8WT 2PC fly rod. This is the Signature Series model LSTH(light steel head) Rod was purchased from Powell as a"ready to wrap" kit. The blank came with original Powell Handle. Powell Vermilion Wood reel set, and tip top mounted by Powell. Rod is wrapped with red wine colored wraps with gray tips. Rod is a medium action rod and would be a good rod for streamers, large nymph, buggers etc. Great rod for trout to small steelhead. Good bass rod as well. The extra length makes this a good rod for use in a float tube. Rod is very good condition and comes with the original Powell rod sock and epoxy coated rod tube.

For auction is a rare LL Bean"Double L" glass fly rod. This is a sought after Double L in MINT condition. The cork still has that soft velvet smoothness that new fine cork has. The rich brown blank has it's original high gloss finish. Looking at the wraps which are original. Right and tight I can say its possibly unfished, however more likely only a time or two. The Orvis T3 was the top-end of the Orvis rod line in the early 2000s. The heavier line weight T3s were. Well, heavy.
