Has the famous push button release and also has a 1 piece machined aluminum body with stainless gears. This is a great setup and has light use. Up for auction is an 6ft Aftco flying gaff with double banded 10" hook and 20ft of rope. This gaff is in Mint Condition. Never used once. Great for Swordfish,Marlin and Tuna. MSRP $450 The slim. Tapered tips of AFTCO's Taper-Tip Flying Gaffs slice through water faster and with greater accuracy to minimize the problems of gaffing powerful fish. Like the Taper-Tip Aluminum Gaffs, the shafts of the Flying Gaffs are"swaged" for uniform strength from end to end, there by eliminating unnecessary weight. If dropped overboard, the gaff handle(minus hook) will float! Anodized with a rich Gold finish for beauty and resistance to corrosion. This is a two pole combo. They both have Aftco Rollers. The blue one is 7' feet long and is made for Salt Water fishing with 50-80 lb line. The Action is extra Heavy. The Lure Weight is 896 to 1790 G. There is a minor bit of wear but this pole is in really good shape. Rollers spin very well. The other pole is a 6'9' pole. It is definitely a vintage pole based on the roller styles. But it's a great pole regardless. This is a great package deal and if you are planning to go out on the open water with someone else. The reel seat area is gold anodized and the rod is wrapped in black and gold. The rod uses an e-glass blank. It is in excellent condition but does have some minor cosmetic blems(from being on a boat) Very minor, nothing that would effect the rod strength in any way. The foam has an area where it looks like a hook had snagged(please see attached picture) All in all this is a very nice looking and quality fishing rod that is a great buy. It has some small scratches on the outside. physically 8-9/10. The reel is spooled with 600yards of 100# solid spectra, and 100 yards of 100# mono. all in all reel is in great shape and well maintained. I had it all rigged up for myself to use this coming season. Rod is an Offshore Angler Gold Cup 5'6" 50-130# all roller rod. Afco unibutt and bigfoot guides. I've caught a bunch of fish on this rod. And it's a very nice one. only reason i'm selling is i'm getting a custom set built. rod has a fast x-heavy tip, with a big nice parabolic bend. This is an Ocean Master OM3080A 6 foot Big Game Trolling Rod with Detachable Rod Butt. The rod is rated for 30-80 LB Test Line and has an Aftco Roller Stripper Guide and Aftco Roller Tip Guide. There are 4 other standard guides in between the 2 roller guides. The detachable butt is a Stuart(Made in the USA) and has an aluminum reel seat. Foam Butt grip, and triangular foam fore grip. The rollers on the roller guides spin cleanly, and the flex coat on the rod is in good condition. The flexcoat on the bottom end of the first standard guide has a slight bubble ready to chip(see photo#5 to see this) The top roller tip and first roller guide both have some green saltwater rash on them, and the reel seat has some wear also(see photo#3, 6, and#9 to see this) Very nice rod and ready to catch fish. This is a Star Rods Hand Crafted in the USA offshore trolling rod. It is model T 50 HC and is rated for 50 lb. It has a Stuart Aluminum Butt and Stuart Aluminum Reel Seat. It also has Aftco Roller Guides all the way up totaling 5 roller guides in total. And has an Aftco Roller Tip as well. The rod is in good condition with a very light saltwater rash on the roller guides. The roller tip has a little more saltwater rash than the guides. The aluminum butt has some knicks and scratches from use, and the reel seat has some wear as well. There is a slight scratch that runs along the right side of the rod from the first guide to the third guide and has a small circular piece of flex coat chip just before the third guide. You are bidding on a slightly used Fin-Nor Big Game#50 5 1/2 ft trolling rod. This rod sells new for $675.00 on ALLTACKLE.COM. It has 6 roller guides including the tip and they are all by Aftco. The reel seat and bottom is a black aluminum also by Aftco. I used this rod only three times, but it was much to heavy of a rod for the size fish we target. It has always been washed with freshwater after our trips and I always spray my rods with lube. If you look close there is not a sign of corrosion or wear and tear except on the very bottom of the butt where it sits in the rod holder. The clear is in mint condition as well. I am not sure if the rod itself is a Tycoon FinNor because I can't find any markings saying so. Just beyond the wrapping is the word"Bravo" on the rod. The rod stands at 6'10" in length. Has 5 Tycoon FinNor Miami roller guides in good shape, and Aftco roller top. The rod butt is an Aftco aluminum butt, stainless steel reel seat, and a foregrip that measures 9 inches and is made of a cloth fur material. It looks to me like the rod is rated from 80-130 LB test. It is a true big game rod, and heavy duty. It has green/yellow wrapping underneath the flexcoat. The rod overall is in good condition for its vintage age. This is a lot of 2 Shakespeare Ugly Stick Custom model USCSU 1159M stand up conventional fishing rods. They are used and in great condition. They are 1 piece. 5'9" in total length, 16-30 LB test, with a Aftco roller guide and Aftco roller tip, and 6 standard guides in between. They have Stuart aluminum reel seats, foam foregrips, slick butts, and aluminum gimbal butts. There is some wear from use, but in very good condition. There is a small piece of flexcoat chipped on 1 rod where the Shakespeare logo is(see photo) I have described these rods to the best of my ability. Please see all photos and email with any questions.
