Description
General Information and Terms:
  1. All rates are per cottage
  2. Max 4 persons in a 2 bedroom and 6 persons in a 3 bedroom cottage.
  3. Reservations will be held 10 days only without deposit of $200.00 (Cash, Cheque, e-mail bank transfer or Credit Card)
  4. Summer CHECK IN - 3 PM CHECK OUT - 9 AM
  5. Guests staying beyond 10:30 AM on day of check out are subject to a day use charge of $20/adult and $10/child unless otherwise arranged.
  6. Rates do not include sales taxes ( H.S.T. @ 13%.)
  7. Roll away beds, cribs and a high chair are available at no additional charge
  8. Please bring your own bath towels, hand towels and kitchen linen
  9. July and August bookings are Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise arranged
  10. Shorter stay vacations are available in JULY and AUGUST with M.A.P.(meal plan vacations)
  11. Cancellation policy: Deposit refunded with a 30 day written notice, less an administration fee of $25.00

Cancellation Policy
Standard Policy
  • Cancellations made 30 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
  • Cancellations made 15 days before will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
  • Cancellations made at a later date will not be refunded.
