  • Cancellations made 30 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 3%.
  • Cancellations made 15 days before will be refunded 50% of the amount paid.

Biggest mistake
Nasty manager named nancy they charge you hydro offer no refunds her 14 year old son will assault your young children and when she gets upset she is nasty rude and throws u out iam so happy we got the heck out of there.

I do not know why my comments where abbreviated, but they were. I also stated if you went there for those reasons, you would be happy. I also quoted a previous reviewer.
