Tackle/Tool Box Orange Revelation Western Auto DESCRIPTION This is a used vintage Revelation Tackle/ Tool Box from Western Auto Stores. This came from a Western Auto Store going out of business sale in the 1970's. The box is an orange color with some scratches and scrapes from use and shelf wear. There are dings and small dents on the top of the box(please see photos) Tray inside is intact with no cracks or chips. There is some discoloration of the plastic, and the mounting brackets are tight and move smoothly. The latch for the box is slightly off but appears to have been made that way, it does latch tightly and releases easily. Handle on top of box is a heavy white plastic and is secure and strong. There are signs of oxidation to some of the metal components. Pat Nos on top of box are 161360 and 3171566. The box needs a good overall ... morecleaning. Up for auction is a nice vintage used tackle or tool box. This is a small tackle box. It is around 13" in size. It has a nice blue speckled type color. There are 2 trays inside that lift up and out of the box as the lid is opened. There is a front metal latch that simply lifts up. You will need to add your own lock to keep it closed. This has a sticker on it that appears to say My Buddy and No 13. It is rather hard to read and I am selling it as you see in the pictures. This is in good vintage used condition. It does need a light cleaning as it was stored for years on a shelf. It is from an estate auction. I was told this is from the 1950's time. I am not sure. Selling it as you see in the pictures. VINTAGE FISHING TACKLE BOX WITH AN UNUSUAL HANDLE This tool box is"Army Green" with a brown h andle with a pattern pressed into it. The handle holders look like brass. I am not an expert so not sure. The lock closes very nicely. It sometimes sticks a little. But then I have lady hands. You are probably tougher than I am. There is a twelve inch measure along the front top of the box so you are sure you are over that seven inch limit. Or whatever it is. The hinges are good and move smoothly. Corners are good. Not all bent up. It looks like this might at one time have had a tray. As there are two places on the inside of the lid where a tray might have hung. On a n indention above the lock there are numbers. They are 8033. I didn't see these when I was taking the photos. This was an estate sale find. So I don't know how old ... morethis item is. Old Metal Fishing Lure Tackle Box, Vintage 2 Tray Cantilever Tool Chest
This is an antique metal tackle box in good used condition. The measurements are approximately 19" long by 6-7/8" wide by 7-1/4" high. Inside it has two metal cantilever trays and a large storage area on the bottom. It has a few small dents. Scratches and blemishes but overall is in pretty decent shape for a tackle box of this age. All of the latches and trays work properly. It has gray crinkle/ crackle paint. I think it may be a Heddon box but I can't find the makers name anywhere on the box. The last picture shown is what's left of the makers name but I can't make out what it says. If you're familiar with old tackle boxes, maybe you know what it says. It looks like a triangular design with the the point of the triangle facing down and red letters on it.

VINTAGE 2-TRAY FISHING TACKLE BOX.very good condition This vintage heavy duty 2-tray pressed steel tackle box is in very good condition. The inside and outside have been lightly surface cleaned. It opens and closes as it should. One small dent on lid top edge left of handle. The textured painted finish shows marks from use and there is some surface rust on the outside. But the rust is less on the inside. It is still a very solid box overall, as no areas are even close to rusting through. The metal handle works and is not cracked. Box m easures about 16" long x 7" deep x 6 3/8" tall plus the handle. No key. But latch closes. Good luck bidding!

Vintage Stamped Metal Fishing Tackle or Tool box
Here's a great little vintage stamped metal fishing tackle box. It has a locking latch mechanism. But I don't have the key. It is unlocked and the latch mechanism works ok. Box is in good shape-but I believe it was originally a green color unless the primer was green-tinted. The black paint is in poor condition, but overall this little box is in great condition. The interior partitions on the cantilever sections are removable, and only one or two are missing. Please see pictures for best description.
