I Do Not recommend that you use the smaller medium(1/16" I.D. size tubing on hooks this large, as you will have to cut it off with a knife to remove the smaller medium size tubing. This vinyl tubing will not react to the finish or paint on any fishing lures. This tubing is Crystal Clear and New condition. The lighting seems to give the tubing a slight tint. This on measures 11 1/4" and is longer than the lures that were made in the factory. I did aquire this particular lure from one of the family members and we believe it was a pre factory lure as the hook hangers are pre factory and the line tie has a wire attached to it. These baits were made on the same principal of the suick bait and had a metal fin in the back that could be adjusted to give it more action as it was jerked through the water. The lure measures 9 1/2" in length, has great colors and looks like it has never been in the water. SWENARTON LG. MUSKIE WITH TEETH!~ FOLK ART FISH SPEARING DECOY~ICE FISHING LURE
Gordon Swenatron is an obscure fish decoy carver whose decoys are excellent. Original works of art with outstanding folk art qualities and decorator appeal. They are hand made and hand painted and exhibit wonderful personality and visual appeal. This outstanding and larger sized Swenarton Muskie measures a very nice 9 3/4" long. It has carved gill markings and red glass eyes. The decoy is painted in really folky and muted shades of green and yellow with accents in white and pink. The open mouth is filled with dozens of individually carved wooden teeth which gives this decoy outstanding personality and visual appeal. It is beautifully made and looks fantastic on display. This decoy is a really deluxe version with great looking finwork and accent paint. The condition is original and unfished with a very nice patina that simulates great ... moreage and wear. This cool looking. Internally weighted decoy is signed on the belly by the carver.
