This is a Vintage Old Pal One Tray Solid Steel Blue Color Tackle Box in nice condition. I had one just like it when I was a kid and I'm retired now. So probably at least 50 years old. Opens from the front with eight stationary compartments, with plenty of room in the bottom. The tray is nearly perfect in condition. Closes tight and secure with the original steel latch. The handle is high impact plastic with the very sought after lure inlay. It does have some minor spots and scuffs. But no dents and the inside looks great. Very solidly constructed. Dimensions of box are 6 1/2 in. X 4 1/2 in. X 14 in. You won't find this tackle box in any store. I cannot stress how solid this box is. Take a look at the pictures and decide. Vintage Old Pal Steel Circa 1950's-1960's 3 Corklined Tray Copper Tackle Box
This is a Vintage Large Old Pal Circa 1950's-1960's Three Tray Solid Steel Copper Color Tackle Box in nice condition. Opens from the front with 31 stationary compartments in 3 freshly cork lined trays. With plenty of room in the bottom. Closes tight and secure with original steel latches with a place for a lock on one. The handle is high impact black plastic molded in the trademark fish shapes. It does have some minor spots and scuffs. But no dents and the inside looks great. Very solidly constructed. Dimensions of box are 7 in. X 7 in. X 19 in. You won't find this tackle box in any store. I cannot stress how solid this box is. Take a look at the pictures and decide. Look closely at the photo's of the inside. There was some worm burns in the top tray and one spot in the second tray. So I decided to cork it. I have included ... morephoto's of before and after so you can see everything, not just the finished product. Turned out really well. I can send more pictures if needed. All tackle boxes that I sell have been cleaned and conditioned, but not to jeopardize the integrity of the box. I love old tackle boxes and do everything I can to make them last.
