Please look at the pictures and ask questions if necessary. I will do my best to describe the condition of the rods. Rod#1: Model: WA70MS 7' Medium Action 1/16-1/2 oz. Lure wt. 4-10 lb Line. This rod is in rough shape. It is missing the butt cap and the last couple of cork rings are not intact. The cork overall is in very rough shape. It is missing the 3rd guide from the bottom and the bottom 2 guides have had a lot of the epoxy flake off. It is also missing the insert in the tip. Rod#2: Model: WA60MLJS 6'0" Lure wt: 4-10 lb. Power Medium Lite Action Fast. This rod is in great shape except it is missing the insert in the tip. The handle has very minor wear. The blank is in great shape. ... moreMaybe a very small scratch or 2 from handling. Rod#3: Model: WA70MS-HM85 7'0" Lure wt: 1/16-1/2 oz. Line wt: 4-10 lb. Power Medium Action Fast. This rod is in great shape except it is missing the black plastic piece that screws into the butt cap. This piece does not affect the performance of the rod. The handle has minor wear. The blank is in great shape. But has a few small scratches from handling. The rod only measures about 6'8" It must have had 4 inches broken off the end and someone replaced the tip. Please note that these rods are sold AS IS. I tested all of the reel seats and all are working. Also. I ship these rods in 4" PVC pipe in order to minimize the risk of damage. Graphic has faded a bit with age but still looks great, frets are in fine shape with plenty of life left. Since this is a Gold finish, it is hard to capture the excellent condition with the flash of the camera. I don't see any noticeable scratches from use. Up for auction. A gently used, Bass Pro/ Johnny Morris Signature Series model JMX 1000H baitcasting reel. The reel is a hi speed, 10 bearing system, with a 6.3: 1 gear ratio. It has a die cast aluminum frame w/ mirrored chrome side plates. The reel is rated at 28 IPT and holds 120 yds of 14 lb test. I received the reel as a gift a couple of years ago and with already a good quantity of baitcasters, it's just sitting around waiting to be used! VINTAGE HEAD GUILLERMO VILAS SIGNATURE SERIES WOOD/GRAPHTE SER. # TENNIS RACQUET
This is really nice vintage Head Vilas tennis racquet. These were quite advanced racquets when they came out in the mid/late 70's. They were one of the first wooden racquets to feature a"Y" frame throat and graphite overlays on the frame and a graphite"wedge" in the frame head. These were very stiff and strong frames designed for players to hit a lot of heavy topspin with. Again.for their day. The Vilas racquet was quite an advanced design. This is a nice low key but handsome and very elegant looking racquet as well! This racquet is pre-owned and used. But is in really nice condition, showing only light signs of use or wear, mostly in the form of some light scuffing on the frame head, mostly on the top of the frame head. The head is also straight on shows no sign of warping. The leather grip is also very nice.intact.no ... morebreaks, but a couple of scuff marks on lower part of leather. This racquet is strung very tightly, I'm not sure what type of material it is strung with. and it still feels really nice, and still potent! This is a really terrific Head Vilas racquet.
