This is a very nice Plan o Model 4200 Tackle Box. The top needs repainting and there are some dividers missing. How ever. Mechanically, this tackle bo x has no issues at all. I will start the bidding to reflect these issues. I have used it a nd even though it has not been cleaned. It has a very clean appearance. As stated in the condition. The top could use a repai nt and some dividers are missing. Other than that. This is a very good useable box for it's inten ded purpose. This Large HB Quimper Pottery Platter/ Tray is 15.5" across and 2" high. It is an OUTSTANDING piece of French HB Quimper pottery. It weighs 7# unboxed. After Jules Verlingue purchased the HB factory. He had the artists add a"morse-code"like"signature" to identify their work. This remained the custom at HB from 1917 to 1942. So this very rare and collectible Larger Quimper piece could be dated as early as 1917. And was bought in Paris on a honeymoon, in 1937, right before the start of WWII. See photo of markings. Most large old pieces did not survive because of their size. It was found wrapped in paper and a blanket. Never displayed. Several small chips present. See photos. Large Old 15" HOPI WICKER TRAY BASKET w KACHINA MASK DESIGN This is an excellent old and large Hopi wicker tray basket with a very finely woven kachina mask design. Circa 1900, or so. Basket is 15" in diameter, and it is in excellent, original condition with no damage and just some light fading of the dyes as these baskets tend to have. The kachina mask is very well done, and there is an unusual technique used where facial features have been created using half stitches. The eyebrows, nose, and a line below the chin are done using these half stitches, as shown in the last photo. This early basket uses all natural dyes with no later bright aniline colors, and it would not be difficult to restore some of the color on the front, if desired. Some might could use a cleaning, or adjustments, but I will leave that part for you. For your consideration is this gorgeous Mid Century Modern Divided Chrome& Glass Serving Tray Dish. Its almost a shame to put anything in this dish because its so stunning by itself! The pictures do not do it justice. It is not signed on the bottom. But found it similar but even more eye catching than a Chase divided dish that sold recently in ebay.The heavy duty chrome tray's"spokes" catches the light, all the ridges and scallops in the divided ... moredish are just gorgeous. I could not find a crack or chip anywhere on the dish. There is a area on the chrome tray under the dish in the crease that seems to have some minor oxidation. All in very good condition, the tea pot has a small dent on bottom highlighted in the photo& the tray has a very slight chip and some minor scratches; which can be buffed or polished out, all are highlighted in the photos. The set was purchased in 1969 rarely used. Mostly on display in the formal dining room. Since it was used in a commercial printing shop for many years, the shop was in business from 1927 until the late 1990's) there are some random markings and it is a little dirty, but nothing that takes away from the look of the tray.
