There is no rust on this inside but does have some surface rust on the bottom(see 5th pic) but overall is a very solid box. It does have a key with the lockable hasp. However the hasp is broken and showed in position for the first pic for reference only but can be reattatched if you like. The other two hasp do work great and closes the box perfectly. As the tackle box has a lock on the front. The key seems to fit, but the lock doesn't work. With a little oil and cleaning it should resolve this minor issue. It is in used condition. The hinge could use some ... moreoil and the rivets on the shelf are both kind of loose. All of this is minor as oiling the hinge is an easy fix. This would also make it open and close more smoothly. Which will preserve the rivets. The outside has some rust in a few spots but the box is still solid. It also contains(4) empty J.C. Original Vintage 1956 1/2 Men’s JC Higgin Deluxe Color Flow 26” Cruiser Tank Bicycle To the best of my knowledge. This bike is fully original other than the tubes and tires. This has not been pieced back together. This is how it came from Sears in 1956. It is in great condition. I have personally owned for 10 years, and bought it from an old timer that had it buried in his garage for decades(He was a packrat) He bought it new when he lived in Michigan and moved to Colorado 30 years ago where it had remained buried in his garage until I learned about it. Then he dug it out, and I bought it from him. The chrome has been well preserved for its age. There are minor dinks I tried to capture in the pictures. It rides like a bike from the 50s…like a tank! Here is a cool link that tells about the bike: A few key details: The tank is in excellent ... morecondition in and out. Other than the battery tray for the light side(see photo) Troxel springer saddle with cover bought when bike was brand new- Musselman rear hub; unsure of the specific brand of front hub. But it has a U in an emblem and says made in Germany- Rocket rear on rack with cone and reflector Flaws of the bike: The light needs to have work done because the battery tray on one side is ruined. A new battery tray would be the best solution because it is ruined(see the photo) The horn side seems good to go. I never tried to make the horn work. Minor dings and scratches. Everything is cosmetic. Shipping: The bike will largely be disassembled and packed into two boxes to ensure that there are no issues that occur during shipping. It will be professionally packed.
