Walton Products Vintage Tackle Box With Lures Hooks Cork Bobbers Bait Caster Kit
The tackle box belonged to my grandfather. You may think I have priced it with the sentiment attached. I probably did. We will see how it goes. The box has to be 80 + years old. I left some goodies in it. I think the neatest things are the cork bobbers in upper right that are probably over 100 years old. There is a bait caster repair kit with all the parts and an extra bakelite handle. A box of iodine swaps. Some plastic bobbers. A few metal hooks. A minnow net. If I missed anything I will let you know. The cork liner is still in the trays. Also. After I took the pictures I took it upstairs and the discoloration is dirt and oil. Of course there are some rubs where the paint is gone and only one small ding. Now you want more pictures. I will oblige you, please just email me. This large box is all metal construction and trays with dividers that are cork lined and is nice because the design has two hooks built into the handle so when you pick it up you are lifting a heavy box by both sides. Aqua Green in color and is in great shape, the outside looks good. Lock clasp works and there is a key. In used condition the inside is a little dirty there are some scratches and abrasions to the outside and the bottom is scuffed with some surface rust this is an old box that has seen some action I did notice a couple slight tweaks in sheet metal and the tray edges.
