He weighed in at 19 lbs and is 28 inches long and almost 10 inches from dorsal fin to the bottom of his belly. we affectionally called these browns"Footballs" when we landed them. What a memory!

Vintage Brown Trout Fish Mount 20 1/2"
Nice Brown Trout mount that is a bit dusty. I do not know the proper way to clean it. So I will do nothing. I don't want to take the chance I may ruin it. I know very little about fish mounts but am thinking this may be a real skin mount. There is a seam on the back side and fins look like they may be real. They a bit tattered. This is just my best guess and will be sold as is. The good news is it is professionally packaged for shipping. The bad news is it was done before I could get pix of the back side. COOL Vintage Taxidermy Fish Mount ~ 14" Brown Trout.needs some repair Unique
up for purchase here is a very old mount. It is in rough used condition and is missing fins and does have a patch of skin gone by the tail. As pictured! The back board will also be included as it is glued onto it. Just guessing but I would say this moment is neither 1950's or earlier?
